Ethical fashion jewellery

I have recently joined a fantastic fashion company. They sell designer jewellery using ethical based artisans you make there products. They don't have retail stores, they use agents and on line sales.
There aim is to give women more empowerment, by creating a sales team based on women with families. Hosting trunk shows in homes direct to customers, missing out the store. Saving money and giving it to the hostess's via discounted jewellery and paying the stylist for there services.
